Introducing our all-new Shipping Container Booths
Who said Facebook scrolling never pays off? In the Spring of 2022, whilst casting our eyes far and wide for new Innovative Hire solutions, we were delighted to find a set of Shipping Containers helping a small pub in Hereford with their outdoor seating pandemic pivot. Intrigued; we quickly hopped in the IH truck and hit the road to see them in person.
On arrival we were delighted to see the containers providing the perfect setting for their pop-up pub garden with the two shipping containers being used as basic seating areas either side of a large stretch tent. Suitably impressed and with ideas already forming we quickly snapped them up and set to work bringing them up to Innovative Hire standards.
With their furnishings best described as basic, we set to work bringing them up to our high quality standards and suitable for our Festival, Corporate Event and Party hires. Our first improvement was to bring some much needed colour to the units. Gone were the pitch black walls and seating to be replaced by reclaimed wood and a neutral white base to allow for branding and the addition of colour via lighting.
With a passion for gadgetry and mod cons, we were delighted to be able to add a brand new LED, DMX controlled lighting system that was customisable with all colour variations and could be synced with the music at your events. With the walls gone and new customisable lighting, we had elevated the booths from basic to boujee and capable of providing VIP seating at events and festivals across the country.

The Apres Terrace made fantastic use of our x2 Shipping Container Booths by placing them on the perimeter of their seating area and canvasing with our Stretch Tent & Gondolas to create an authentic Apres Ski Theme for Bournemouth’s Christmas celebrations. With one of the containers boasting a larger centre booth, the Apres Terrace team were able to fit a full sound system and DJ booth to add a focal point to the area.
