Do you install or set up the products?

We dry hire the products. This means that, unless previously agreed, we do not set up or install the products.

If products require being carried a long distance, or up a flight of stairs, additional charges will apply.

How long is my quote valid for, and are the items held for me during this time?

All quotations are valid for a maximum of 48 hours without being confirmed. During this time, the items are not held for you, and may be offered to another client.

The only way to reserve products is by paying a deposit.

Is there a minimum hire spend amount for hired items?

If you would like us to deliver and collect the products to your venue, there will be a minimum hire spend. This is based on the travel distance from our warehouse in Bournemouth, to your event.

The minimum hire spend to local areas in Dorset is £350.00, this will increase the further we will need to travel.

Transport and crew costs are not included in the minimum hire spend.

If you would like to collect from our warehouse in Bournemouth, there is a minimum hire spend of £150.00.

What are your delivery and collection charges?

For a standard furniture hire, prices begin from £100 (£50 delivery, £50 collection) to local areas in Dorset. If you are outside of Dorset, please contact us directly.

If you require a larger vehicle to deliver your items, or are hiring a container bar, these prices will be more, and are calculated based on your venue.

Minimum hire spend will apply.

How are products delivered?

For smaller orders, we will use our Innovative Hire van. However, for larger deliveries we will use trusted third party couriers.

If you are hiring a container bar, it will be delivered by a hiab lorry and crane. To ensure that your venue is suitable for this vehicle, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire.

Are the products pre-assembled?

Some of our products do require assembly. We will let you know at the time of booking whether a product requires assembly, and will adjust crew costs accordingly.

Can I collect/drop off the products to save money?

Yes you can collect and drop off your order. Our warehouse is based in Bournemouth, and we can arrange a suitable date and time for you.

There is a minimum hire spend of £150.00.

I’m interested in hiring a container bar or catering container. What options do I have?

Our bars and catering units are available for short-term and long-term dry hire – we do not provide the staff or stock. If you have any specific requirements, please get in touch for a bespoke package.

What products do you hire?

We have a large selection of event furniture, props, container bars, catering units and event structures. If there is something you cannot find, please get in contact as we are constantly updating our stock!

What is your standard hire period?

All of our hire prices are based on a standard three day hire period. This is usually based on a delivery day, event day and collection day.

Can I hire for a longer period than three days?

We offer both short-term and long-term hires – please enquire today!

Do you offer a discount if I hire multiple items?

We are always happy to look into discounts based on the number of products being hired. Please get in touch and we can see what we can do.

Do you build custom products to sell?

We love creating new items, and enjoy turning people’s ideas into a reality! Please get in touch with the team if you are after bespoke items, or something that isn’t listed on the website.

How much does your furniture/props/containers cost to rent?

Most of our products are individually priced on the website, based on a standard three day hire period.

Transport and crew costs can be calculated based on what products you are interested in and your location.

Do you require a damage deposit?

We always take a damage deposit for each hire. This is fully refundable once the hire has commenced and the products have been checked back into our warehouse with no damages.
