  • What is dry hire?

‘Dry Hire’ means that our furniture and props are delivered to & collected from a van loading bay. We don’t set up or install the items provided unless this has been previously agreed.

 

  • How long is my quote valid for and are the items held for me during this time?

All quotations are valid for a maximum of 48 hours without being confirmed. During this time, the items quoted will be held for you. After the 48 hour period, you can ask to be re-quoted, however, the items may have been released to another enquiry.

 

  • What are your delivery charges?

We deliver our full range of furniture, bars, theming and structures all over the country! In order to offer our competitive delivery charges, we do need to ask you to spend a certain amount overall, dependant on where we are delivering to.

  • How are items delivered?

Most items will be delivered by us in our Innovative Hire van although in some cases we may use a trusted third party courier. Innovative Hire will make sure to give you a courtesy call before they are due to arrive to make sure you are ready for their arrival.

 

  • Are the items assembled on delivery?

Some items arrive assembled, others need assembly. We will let you know at time of the booking whether an item requires assembly and if required you can arrange for us to assemble these items for you for an additional charge.

 

  • Can I collect items to save money?

Absolutely – our warehouse is based in Bournemouth and you are more than welcome to arrange your own transportation for our items. Just check with the team that the vehicle you are planning to use is large enough!

 

  • What items do you hire?

Our website (www.innovativehire.co.uk) has our full range of items, however if there is something that you are looking for that isn’t listed then do get in touch as we are constantly updating our stock!

 

  • What is your standard hire period?

All our hire prices cover a standard 3 day hire period; this means we deliver at a time that suits on the first hire day and then collect on the third hire day, again at a time that suits.

 

  • Can I hire for a longer period than 3 days?

Absolutely – we add an additional 10% for each additional day required on top of the standard 3 day hire. 

 

  • Do you offer discount if I hire multiple items?

We are always happy to look at discounts based on the number of items being hired, please get in touch on 01202 941 068 and we can see what we can do.

 

  • Do you build custom items to sell?

We love creating new items and enjoy taking your brief and turning it into a reality!   • How much does your furniture / props cost to rent?

Most items are priced individually on our website (www.innovativehire.co.uk) based on our standard hire period.  Delivery/collection charges apply on top of hire rates and details on this can be found on our website. If you still haven’t found what you are looking for then please contact a member of the team who will be happy to assist you with your specific enquiry.

 

  • Is there a minimum spend amount for hired items?

If you would like us to deliver and collect any hired items to your event site, there will be a minimum spend amount. We work this out by gauging how far we will need to travel from our warehouse, to your event. The minimum spend amount is £250.00 for all hires that require a delivery. This increases the further we need to travel.

If you would like to collect the items from our warehouse in Bournemouth, there would be no minimum spend to worry about.

 

  • Do you require a deposit?

We always look to take a deposit for each hire booking, however this is fully refundable once the hire items are checked back into our warehouse with no damages.

  • I’m interested in hiring the Caravan Bar / one of your bars. What options do I have with this?

With any of our bars you can either dry hire them from us – this means you provide the stock and staff or we can work with you to design a bespoke package to provide the stock and staffing that you require. To discuss this further please get in touch with the team!
